Renovating Retro to Preserve History, Authenticity, and Story

When you have a building with good bones, beautiful authentic elements from a certain time period, you'd want to keep and preserve that history.

415 Hotel was originally built in the 1970s with a solid foundation and authentic flag stone pillars. Although renovated in 2022, most of the structure and original 70s elements were kept and preserved. Cafe 415, the vintage-travel-themed cafe which serves breakfast in the mornings and coffee and tea, will house some authentic memorabilia from that time.

The Club was the center of community parties, dances, and music back in the 1970s and 1980s. While it was closed years ago, it has now been renovated to its former glory, complete with its Disco ball, dance floor, and retro music memorabilia.
